Inspired by the vision of the Prime Minister's Internship Scheme (PMIS), we support eligible youth by guiding them through the internship process and preparing them with industry-relevant skills. The PM Internship Scheme is designed to bridge the gap between education and employment through structured workplace learning.
Our program is a training and internship initiative run by Mandhan FinCorp, inspired by PMIS. It is separate from — and not a substitute for — direct application through the official Government PM Internship portal.

Fundamentals of banking, lending and financial products.
Techniques for effective sales and customer handling.
Documentation, verification and back-end process handling.
Hands-on exposure to digital tools and CRM systems.
Improving verbal and written communication in both languages.
Mock interviews and guidance to face real hiring processes.
Confidence building and overall personal growth.
Real business environment exposure alongside training.
Practical exposure across multiple domains within the financial services industry.
